The space
This bright and modern two-floor apartment offers 86 m² of comfortable living space which accomodates up to 8 guests. Downstairs, you’ll find the main living area with a cozy lounge, dining space, a fully equipped kitchen a guest toilet and access to one of the two balconies. The large windows and balconies bring in plenty of natural light and fresh sea air. Two persons can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room. Upstairs you will find the bedrooms, a full bathroom with private sauna and the second balcony. The main bedroom has a double bed, work station, and a lounge chair with blackout curtains and blinds for a good sleep during bright summer mornings. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and access to the balcony. The 8th bed is in a small closet-like room, with just the full-size single bed (80cm * 200cm). The private sauna in upstairs bedroom can be used at any time during the stay. The layout works especially well for families, small groups, and business travelers who appreciate extra space and separate sleeping areas. Getting around from Jätkäsaari is easy and convenient. 🚋 Tram stops are within walking distance and connect you directly to Helsinki city center in about 10 minutes. 🚶 The city center is also reachable on foot in approximately 20–25 minutes. 🚗 A private parking space is included, which is a rare convenience in Helsinki. ✈️ Helsinki Airport can be reached in about 30–40 minutes by taxi or public transportation. Whether you’re exploring the Design District, visiting museums, or heading out to the archipelago, this location makes it simple.

House rules
📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments. 🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. Hosting parties is not allowed. If we receive any complaints from neighbours, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board will incur a €1,000 fine. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment. 🐶 Pets are allowed but must be added to the reservation, and having pets on the reservation is subject to an additional fee. Undeclared pets will result in a payment of 300€. Any damage caused by the pets is fully reimbursed by the guest. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland, a way to reduce noise and protect property. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged. 🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. 🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night's stay for the next guest’s stay. 🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.
