We furnish your apartment and lease it to you for a fixed monthly fee — no large up-front outlay. We own and maintain the furniture and replace normal wear; at the end of the term you can renew at a reduced rate or we collect it. The calculator gives a rough ballpark — actual pricing depends heavily on the apartment's size and layout (a one-bedroom can be 20 m² or 100 m²), so send us the place and we'll reply with a tailored proposal.
