Renovated 3 bedroom family apartment with sauna and parking

Our apartment is located in a residential building, and we ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low during your stay. The apartment's quiet hours are from 22.00 to 07.00. The booking can be cancelled prematurely if reasonable noise levels are not maintained. Hosting parties in the apartment is strictly forbidden. All guests must be declared. The maximum guest amount is 6. Any undeclared guests or visitors are subject to an additional guest fee. Smoking, vaping or any related activity anywhere in the apartment, building, or balcony is forbidden. Smoking is allowed only outside of the building, but not preferably in the courtyard or close to the balconies or windows. No shoes past the entrance. When using the washing machine and dishwasher, at least one person has to be in the apartment in case of a water leak. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by these machines if the guest has left the machines on when not at the apartment. Tapwater can only be used in the sauna. No drinks or other liquids can be poured on the stove. You will find essential oils in the sauna; you can add these to the water you throw on the stove. Drying clothes in the sauna once it is on is forbidden, and leaving the sauna while not at the apartment is prohibited. No squatting on the toilet. Other rubbish than toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet.
