The home has several similar private rooms, so your booking is for *a* room rather than a specific one; the exact room is assigned on arrival. Shared kitchen, bathrooms and common areas are included, along with fast Wi-Fi and easy self check-in. Good transport links to Helsinki and the surrounding area make it a practical base for work or study.
The space
The dormitory includes: 🔐 A private lockable room furnished with either a single bed, a double bed, or a bunk bed with an additional single bed, depending on the room. Rooms can also be furnished with personal furniture, but existing furniture cannot be removed. Most rooms also include a desk for remote work and ample storage space. 🖥️ A shared lounge area with sofas and a smart TV 🚿 A bathroom and two toilets 🍽️ A dining area and kitchen equipped with all necessary cooking utensils 🧺 A laundry room and drying room are included in the stay. The laundry room has a washing machine and drying racks.

📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments. 🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. 🎉 The common spaces can be used 24/7, but be mindful of not disturbing others. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the building. 🐶 Pets are not allowed. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged. 🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the dormitory after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night's stay for the next guest’s stay. 🚯 Please keep the general areas and your room tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.
