The well-functioning layout offers a bedroom with 160cm wide king-size bed and a walk-in closet with plenty of shelfspace. The combined kitchen and living room has a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dining area, sofabed, which converts to double bed and a 4K smart-TV. The living area expands with the large balcony. The large windows in bedroom and living room let in plenty of natural light. The apartment also has a roomy bathroom with a sauna. The sauna can accommodate 3 people and can be used at any time during the stay. The bathroom also has a washing machine. The apartment also has a dedicated parking spot in the courtyard with 1.8 kWh electric vehicle charging available.

The nearest bus stop is 350 meters from the apartment and connects you directly to the centre of Jyväskylä. Uber and regular taxi services are good options, also. Coming with a car is easy, as you have a dedicated parking spot with EV charging

The Kypärämäki sits between the city centre and Köhniö Lake. The area is peaceful, offers plenty of parks, and is close to Köhniö beach. The apartment is around 350 meters from an S-Market Savela, which is open 24/7. The Savela area offers plenty of other grocery and restaurant options, too.
House rules
📕 House Rules: Breaking the rules may result in cancellation of your stay before checkout or additional payments. 🤫 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. 🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board will incur a €3,000 fee. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are prohibited in the apartment, balcony or building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment. 🐶 Pets are allowed but must be added to the booking. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect the property. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged. 🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. Please use the nearest luggage storage at the railway station. 🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you remain in the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night's stay for the next guest’s visit. 🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.
