New apartment in Vallila with private sauna

Our apartment is located in a residential building, and we ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low during your stay. The apartment's quiet hours are from 22.00 to 07.00. The booking can be cancelled prematurely if reasonable noise levels are not maintained. Hosting parties in the apartment is strictly forbidden and is also against Airbnb's Terms and Conditions. Persons who are not accommodated in the apartment are not allowed to enter. Stays of over 6 people are forbidden. Any undeclared guests or visitors are subject to an additional guest fee. The person who makes the reservation must accommodate themselves at the apartment. Smoking, vaping or any related activity anywhere in the apartment, its balcony or the building is forbidden. No shoes past the entrance. When using the washing machine and dishwasher, at least one person has to be in the apartment in case of a water leak. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by these machines if the guest has left the machines on when not at the apartment. No squatting on the toilet. Other rubbish, other than toilet paper, cannot be thrown into the toilet. Pets are allowed but must be added to the reservation on Airbnb or another booking platform. Luggage may not be left in general apartment building areas before, during, or after the rental starts. The nearest luggage storage is in Tripla or Redi shopping centres, and one is also located in the Central Railway Station.
