Welcome to Loft Jätkäsaari, a unique two-level seaside home designed for comfort, space, and unforgettable views. This 115m² duplex apartment offers a rare combination of privacy and openness, featuring its own private entrance and expansive windows overlooking the sea. The home is thoughtfully laid out across two floors, creating a natural separation between living, relaxing, and working spaces. Enjoy two separate living areas, perfect for unwinding or spending time together, as well as a dedicated study for remote work. The modern kitchen and dining area form the heart of the home, ideal for long dinners and slow mornings with a sea view. You'll also find Weber BBQ on one of the balconies. The apartment has two bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs bedroom has plenty of closet space and direct access to the courtyard. The downstairs bedroom has its own access to the balcony and lovely sea views from the window. With larger groups, we have an extra bed, which is an enlarged armchair that converts into a full-size single bed. In the storage room, we have a full single bed. For the additional guests, we have air mattresses available, which can be set up in any of the rooms guests want them to be. After a day in the city or by the waterfront, relax in your private sauna and step out onto the balconies to take in the fresh sea air and beautiful sunsets. Located in the vibrant and modern Jätkäsaari district, you’re surrounded by seaside walking routes, cafés, and excellent transport connections — while still enjoying the peace of a coastal setting.

Surrounded by the sea, the area offers beautiful waterfront walking and cycling routes right outside your door. You can enjoy morning walks along the shoreline, quiet moments in nearby parks, or simply take in the open sea views that make this part of the city so special. Despite its peaceful feel, everything you need is close by. You’ll find cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and everyday services within walking distance. The popular shopping center Ruoholahti and city center amenities are also easily accessible. Getting around is effortless: trams run frequently from Jätkäsaari to the city center, and you can reach central Helsinki in just minutes. The area is also ideal for exploring by bike or on foot. Jätkäsaari is especially appreciated for its clean, safe, and modern environment — making it perfect for both short visits and longer stays.

📕 House Rules: 🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please be mindful of noise at all times, as sound travels easily in the building. 🎉 Parties and events are not permitted. The building has very noise-sensitive neighbours, and any complaints will be taken seriously. A formal complaint from the housing association may result in a €3,000 penalty fee. 🚪 Balcony use is not allowed between 22:00 and 07:00 due to the close proximity of neighbours. 🔥 The apartment includes a gas BBQ on the balcony. For safe use, always keep the balcony glazing fully open, never use the BBQ in an enclosed space, turn off the gas immediately after use, and never leave it unattended. 🚭 Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on the balcony, and anywhere in the building. A minimum €1,000 fee applies. 🐶 Pets are allowed, but must be added to the booking. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance in line with Finnish customs and to help keep the apartment in excellent condition. 👥 All guests must be included in the reservation. Unregistered visitors are not allowed. A fee of €50 per person per night applies. 🧳 Luggage storage in the building is not permitted before check-in or after check-out. Nearby storage is available at Kamppi and the central railway station. 🕒 Check-out must be respected unless agreed otherwise. Late check-out fees: €10/hour, €60/hour if cleaning is delayed, and possible charges equivalent to the next guest’s first night if impacted. 🚯 Please leave the apartment tidy. Any extra cleaning, damage, or missing items will be charged.
