Bright, spacious 94 m² home in Espoonlahti, a calm seaside neighbourhood at the western edge of Espoo. Three bedrooms, seven beds (eight with the included air mattress), and a separate guest bathroom — comfortable for families and small groups who want room to spread out. The apartment is steps from the sea and the trails of Marinkallio. Local shops, parks, and bus connections to Helsinki are close by. Pet-friendly, with a washing machine for longer stays. The space
The 94m2 apartment on the first floor was constructed in 2022. The well-functioning layout offers three bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The main bedroom has a TV, and one of the smaller rooms has a remote work station. Each bedroom has closet space to store clothing during your stay. All rooms have blackout curtains to make your sleep better. The combined kitchen and living room has a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dining area, sofa and a 4K smart-TV. The living area expands with a large balcony with a sea view. The large windows in the living room let in plenty of natural light. The apartment also has a roomy bathroom, which has a washing machine for added convenience and a private sauna, which you can use at any time during your stay.

Getting around
Easy to arrive with own car, free 4h guest parking on the yard. Kivenlahti metro station is around 10min walk from the apartment. And bus stop right outside the yard.

📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments. 🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. Hosting parties is not allowed. If we receive any complaints from neighbours, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board will incur a €1,000 fee. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment. 🐶 Pets are allowed but must be added to the reservation, and having pets on the reservation is subject to an additional fee. Undeclared pets will result in a payment of 300€. Any damage caused by the pets is fully reimbursed by the guest. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland, a way to reduce noise and protect property. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged. 🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. 🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night's stay for the next guest’s stay. 🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.
