It sleeps 5 (+2 on the air mattress in the living room). Located near restaurants and shops. Quick access to downtown and the airport. Perfect for short or long stays. Welcome to our home! The apartment features a large glazed balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors while protected from the elements. The balcony has a table and chairs for dining, a sofa for relaxation, an IR-heater, and a gas barbecue. Inside, you'll find two bedrooms. The main bedroom has relaxing decor, a comfortable queen-size bed, and a lounge chair. The second bedroom sleeps three adults and a fully-equipped workstation, complete with an electrically adjustable table and two ergonomic chairs. Simply plug in your laptop and start working! The living room is spacious and inviting, with a large corner sofa, a 4K TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, and other streaming services (no accounts provided), and a high-quality sound system. Two persons can sleep in the living room on the air mattress provided. The eating area in the living room has a large wooden table and six chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. It has a professional-quality espresso machine, tea, and baking equipment. And after a long day, you can relax in the sauna. The underground parking garage can be accessed by a ramp and has a dedicated parking space with an electric car charging possibility, with an extra charge. The garage can be accessed by an elevator directly from the stairwell. This is our own apartment and some closets have our personal belongings and might be locked. We also have a dog, so despite the thorough cleaning of the apartment, it might not be suitable for guests who have dog allergies or cannot stand dog hair anywhere. The guests will have access to the entire apartment. This includes two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a private sauna and a private parking space in the underground garage. Please note that some apartment cabinets contain our belongings and can be locked. We ask that you respect our privacy and do not attempt to access these areas. In addition, our apartment complex features a large courtyard, perfect for kids to play and explore. Just 300 meters from the apartment, you can find Mustikkamaa island, which offers public beaches and a connection to the island of Korkeasaari, home to the largest zoo in Helsinki. Additionally, the Redi shopping center is just 200 meters away and provides an array of services, including cafés, shops, restaurants, and even exercise facilities like gyms and a climbing studio. And, if you need to pick up some groceries, there's a small market in the same building as the apartment. You can find the closest metro station in the Redi shopping center also, where you can connect to the city center, airport, or Espoo. The area also boasts a network of walking paths allowing you to explore the beautiful surroundings, with the sea always nearby. Whether you want to relax on the beach, go for a hike, or enjoy the urban amenities, our neighborhood has something for everyone. The neighborhood offers convenient access to public transport. 🤫 Our apartment is located in a residential building, and we ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low during your stay. The apartment's quiet hours are from 22.00 to 07.00. The booking can be cancelled prematurely if reasonable noise levels are not maintained. Hosting parties in the apartment is forbidden. 🏠 Our apartment is our own home, and we ask that you treat it with care and respect. Please note that some closets and cabinets are locked as they contain personal belongings. We ask that you please respect our privacy and refrain from attempting to access these areas. Additionally, there are other personal belongings in the apartment that you can freely use during your stay. 👨👨👦👦 Only registered guests allowed. €50/night for undeclared visitors. 🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €20 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night's stay for the next guest’s stay. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment. Smoking is allowed only outside of the building. 👠 No shoes past the entrance. 🧺 When using the washing machine and dishwasher, at least one person has to be in the apartment in case of a water leak. The guest is responsible for any water damage caused by these machines if the guest has left the machines on when not at the apartment. 🥑 You can leave excess food in the fridge once you leave 💧 Tapwater can only be used in the sauna. No drinks or other liquids can be poured on the stove. You will find essential oils in the sauna; you can add these to the water you throw on the stove. It is forbidden to dry clothes in the sauna once it is on and to leave the sauna on while not at the apartment. Please, be extremely cautious when using the BBQ, as the enclosed space increases the risk of fire. The BBQ should never be left on without supervision. Always open at least two windows from the balcony, and use glazing when using the BBQ. Always use a timer when using the IR heater on the balcony.
