Colourful, comfortable and beautiful 52 sqm apartment in Hermanni, close to all modern services and transport connections. The apartment has a large glazed balcony, a bedroom with a 160cm wide bed, a living room with a sofa bed and air mattress, a fully equipped kitchen with an espresso machine, and a large bathroom with a sauna. The area around the apartment is calm, quiet and lush. The nearby areas have many restaurants, shops and a cafe and connect you to the Metro. The bedroom has a 160cm wide bed with high-quality mattresses. The colourful, roomy, modern, bright living room has a sofa, armchair and a 55" Samsung Frame TV. The Hakola Lazy sofa turns into a bed at the end of the day and sleeps two on its 135 * 195 cm mattress. The fifth person sleeps also in the living room on a single-person air mattress. The dining table is located adjacent to the living room. Five-person stays are only recommended for short periods, as the space in the living room is limited. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic equipment, and its star is the Sage Oracle Touch espresso machine that allows you to create any coffee drink. The design tableware is from brands like Marimekko, Iittala and Riedel. You can relax in the private sauna that fits three people at once. The apartment also has a large south-facing glazed balcony, where you can cool off after the sauna. The balcony also has an infrared heater. The bathroom has a washing machine with a drying function. The apartment is our own home, so some of the closets are locked and contain our personal belongings. The whole apartment is for your use. You can also use the courtyard area to hang out with your kids. The access to the apartment with an electric lock with the PIN will be sent to you before check-in. You can ask me anything before, during, and after about the accommodation or the city of Helsinki to make your stay great! I might be in the city to help you face-to-face also. I was born and raised in the city and know a lot of cool places to eat, drink and chill. The Hermanni area offers loads of outdoor options. House rules
🤫 Our apartment is located in a residential building, and we ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low during your stay. The apartment's quiet hours are from 22.00 to 07.00. The booking can be cancelled prematurely if reasonable noise levels are not maintained. Hosting parties in the apartment is forbidden. 🏠 Our apartment is our own home, and we ask that you treat it with care and respect. Please note that some closets and cabinets are locked as they contain personal belongings. We ask that you please respect our privacy and refrain from attempting to access these areas. Additionally, there are other personal belongings in the apartment that you can freely use during your stay. There may be some food items in the fridge and freezer. 👨👨👦👦 Only registered guests allowed. €50/night for undeclared visitors. 🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €20 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night's stay for the next guest’s stay. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment. Smoking is allowed only outside of the building. 👠 No shoes past the entrance. 🧺 When using the washing machine and dishwasher, at least one person has to be in the apartment in case of a water leak. The guest is responsible for any water damage caused by these machines if the guest has left the machines on when not at the apartment. 🥑 You can leave excess food in the fridge once you leave 💧 Tapwater can only be used in the sauna. No drinks or other liquids can be poured on the stove. You will find essential oils in the sauna; you can add these to the water you throw on the stove. It is forbidden to dry clothes in the sauna once it is on and to leave the sauna on while not at the apartment.
